Michael brings 40 years of experience in the diamond jewelry industry to the table, covering merchandising, sales and infrastructure. As a top management professional he is responsible for leading Gold Star’s business and facilitating its’ growth. Michael is also a Plumb Club President-A leading supply side organization bringing the best jewelers in the industry to the best retailers.
Steven has spent his entire life surrounded by the diamond and jewelry industry, with added experience in sales and finance. Taking apprenticeship under his father, Michael, Steven is responsible for the development of sales at Gold Star, as well as leading the operations staff to maximize growth and efficiency.
With over 25 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing and sales, Adam has a proven track record of success in handling major retailers with hundreds of millions in combined sales. His expertise helps to lead and motivate our salesforce to its maximum potential. Adam’s ability to target trends and implement them into jewelry assortments and his proficiency in sales analysis and forecasting to maximize opportunities, makes him a key player in the Gold Star team.
Beginning his career as a diamond sorter Jeffrey has amassed over 3 decades of industry experience. With a unique perspective on design and execution, his expertise has guided Gold Star’s creative division and overall business to new heights. Jeffrey has helped to curate Gold Star’s signature lines, as well as brands for National and Multi-National retailers.
Tina is responsible for licensing and branded sales at Gold Star. She has spent her career working with designers, celebrities, and retailers to bring the very best and unique product to domestic and worldwide recognition. With a tremendous amount of marketing and industry experience, she helps lead one of that fastest growing divisions at Gold Star
Jeffrey has over 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry working for some of the largest multi-national jewelry wholesalers in the United States. Jeffrey has sat on numerous industry boards including the 24KT Club of the City of New York, of which he is Treasurer, and the RJO (Retail Jewelers Organization). Jeffrey holds an MBA degree from New York University and has previously been a CPA in the State of New Jersey.

Michael Lerche of Gold Star Jewellery, has been elected President, replacing Jonathan Cohen of IB Goodman Company after serving three years, which is the Club’s term limit. Replacing Mr. Lerche as Vice President is A.J. Tosyali of Benchmark. Pranav Shah of KGS Jewels was elected as a new board member, replacing Sam Sandberg who also reached his term limit after serving on the board for seven years.

To date, the event has raised over $500,000 for Hope & Heroes, a charity supporting cutting-edge research and the families of patients who need pediatric hematology, oncology and stem cell transplantation at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center. The center treats more than 1,500 patients each year, ensuring that every child has access to high quality, comprehensive care.
