Starting as a diamond sorter at just 18 years old, Michael has amassed a wealth of industry knowledge, but has always been able to adapt to the everchanging marketplace. Michael also sits as the Pavilion Chairman of The Plumb Club—a leading supply side organization bringing the very best in the industry to the retailers.
